Responsibilities

  • Responsible for visiting Guardian, Watsons, and other chain stores to ensure display, stock, and promotion follow brand guidelines.
  • Manage and train Beauty Advisors (BAs) to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor store sales performance and plan actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all promotional activities, sampling, and gift programs.
  • Gather market and competitor information and provide timely feedback to HQ.
  • Assist in event setup, display adjustments, and shelf maintenance.
