Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at W. Atelier. As a Sales Executive in our Sanitary Project department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating new business opportunities within the sanitary project sales department. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Merah Central Region and offers a competitive remuneration package as well as opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, focusing on project-based opportunities within the commercial, and hospitality sectors
  • Conduct client meetings and listen to their wishes and concerns to evaluate the client's needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project managers
  • Cultivate strong product knowledge to confidently provide accurate solutions
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
  • Maintain a high level of after-sales service to all valued clients
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the interior design, furniture, sanitary ware related industries
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing project-based sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch products and services to a wide range of clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales
  • Familiarity with the local and regional interior design and construction industry, including key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
