Reports to: Territory Sales Manager

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.
  • Achieve volume goals by category/product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.
  • Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.
  • Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree-A level.
  • Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.
  • Effective communication skills and good proficiency in languages.
  • Good supervisory and coaching skills.
  • Strong customer collaboration skill and able to build effective relationships with trade.
  • Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
