In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Provide technical demonstrations and product presentations to potential clients
• Offer expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Gather and analyse customer requirements to recommend the most suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address any technical concerns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the technology industry
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software/hardware solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms
• Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management
• Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English to provide customer support to our diverse client base, including Mandarin‑speaking customers in China
