A dynamic sales and marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves approaching new clients, maintaining relationships, and executing sales strategies to enhance revenue. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be proficient in communication across all organizational levels.
To approach new client and respond to enquiries on sales, quotations and service promptly.
To build and maintain good relationship between company and tenant to create better business opportunity and provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word of mouth referrals.
To contact, engage and promote meeting package to client through tele-sales, instant messaging and other communication tools. Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool on a timely manner.
To execute the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue, leads and customer engagement.
To work closely with the operation team to ensure that all digital efforts align with company’s objectives and to develop strategies and promotion online materials for increasing traffic sales.
To assist with performance analysis of sales efforts and provide recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
To provide support in products development and branding.
To assist with discussion and negotiation with key merchant for business collaboration, campaign/promotion.
To conduct marketing survey to gather relevant information such as market trend, competitor activities and customer behaviour.
Attend to any marketing events as and when required.
All other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
Proven minimum (3) years previous experience working as Executive, Sales and Marketing in a similar type of establishment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
