Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Attend to walk‑in customers and online leads professionally
• Provide accurate product information on motorcycles, promotions, and financing options
• Advise customers on suitable models based on needs and budget
• Handle test ride arrangements and follow up on customer enquiries
• Close sales and ensure timely submission of all required documents

Sales Administration

• Prepare sales documentation including booking forms and loan applications
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, admin, stock) for smooth delivery
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping

After‑Sales & Relationship Management

• Follow up with customers after delivery for satisfaction and referrals
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist in resolving basic customer issues or elevate when necessary

Marketing & Events

• Participate in roadshows, promotions, and marketing events when required
• Support social media or digital sales initiatives as assigned
• Assist in maintaining showroom display standards

Others

• Assist with daily operations, including moving motorcycles for showroom display and keeping the outlet clean and organized (Branch)
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as instructed by management
