Toppical Roofing Enterprise is seeking a talented Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a full‑time Sales Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Attend to walk‑in customers and handle WhatsApp enquiries professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers
  • Update orders, stock information, and coordinate with the store/operations team
  • Record customer details, track enquiries, and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and provide a positive customer experience
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
What we’re looking for
  • Good communication skills (BM/English; Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Friendly, patient, and customer‑oriented
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, invoicing systems)
  • Experience in sales/admin is a bonus but not required
