Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a front‑liner serviceman and provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to road users.
• Collect road charges from vehicles, ensuring compliance with vehicle classification class rates.
• Check and ensure proper functioning of equipment before the shift and report malfunctions.
• Receive and report information and complaints from road users.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the Road Charge System.
• Assist in supporting day‑to‑day road charge operation.
• Provide general administrative support to operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries as required and assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Operation Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a front‑liner serviceman and provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to road users.
• Collect road charges from vehicles, ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification class rates.
• Check and ensure that equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and report any malfunction promptly.
• Receive and report any information and complaints from road users.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the Road Charge System.
• Assist in supporting day‑to‑day road charge operation.
• Provide general administrative support to operations.
• Attend customer enquiries when required and/or assist with other ad‑hoc tasks from operation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Operation Supervisor.
