Job summary

A battery service company in Klang City is seeking a Roadside Assistant to efficiently complete battery delivery and installation tasks while adhering to established service agreements. Qualifications

• Ability to conduct vehicle inspections including alternator and starter checks.

• Experience in battery delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

• Complete all RSA tasks according to the established SLA.
• Carry out battery delivery and installation as agreed with the customer.
• Replace vehicle batteries if no mechanical issues are detected.

Job description

• Each Roadside Assistant (RSA) task must be completed according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Always ensure that all provided equipment is complete and in good working condition.
• Any task involving installation must be completed and installed neatly.
• Carry out battery delivery and installation at the time agreed upon with the customer (new battery, warranty battery, or temporary battery).
• Conduct vehicle inspections such as alternator, starter, and current leakage checks.
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding any issues identified.
• Replace the customer’s vehicle battery if no mechanical problems are found with the vehicle.
• Ensure the Rider Application is opened and closed according to the assigned shift schedule.
• Regularly check the Rider Application to avoid delays in incoming tasks.
• Complete all assigned tasks in the application.
• Make payment for sales proceeds within the specified timeframe.
• Deliver batteries to workshops upon receiving orders.
• Always ensure that all provided equipment is in good condition.
• Ensure all company assets are kept in good and safe condition.
