• Proven experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of store associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, making recommendations to improve profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
