Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalised customer service.
• Guide customers in choosing pieces that suit their style or occasion; build rapport to encourage return visits and customer loyalty.

Styling & Product Knowledge

• Recommend jewellery based on customer preferences.
• Learn and explain product materials, gemstones, and care instructions; support bespoke enquiry intake when needed.

Store Operations

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store cleanliness and display upkeep throughout the day.
• Support opening and closing procedures.

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain and refresh product displays according to brand standards.
• Ensure jewellery is presented neatly and attractively.

Events Support

• Assist during workshops, trunk shows, and in-store events.
• Help with set-up, registration, customer engagement, and clean-up.
