Requirements

• Friendly, courteous, and self‑motivated.
• Minimum 2 years in related experience (Retail Pharmacy).
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to identify a wide range of common retail pharmacy supplies.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing, achieving sales targets, inventory management, and operation of the retail pharmacy.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service to customers.
• Willing to interact with customers in delivering medications and completing other sales transactions.
• Perform cashiering duties, being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Merchandise products and always maintain complete stock.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by creating a clean, tidy, and well‑organized display.
• Inspect and receive pharmaceuticals and supplies purchased from Vendors, including its proper documents, recording, and storage.
