🌟 We’re Looking for You! 📣 Now Hiring: Retail Operation Assistant

Location

📍 Work Location: SWS Nature World Lot 82239 (B) Jalan Puchong Batu Kg Baru, 47100 Puchong Selangor.

Work Days

📆 Working Days: 6 days per week.

Salary Range

💼 Salary Range: RM1800 – RM3000 (based on experience and performance).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Support: Assist the store manager with daily operational tasks. Check store cleanliness, product display, and layout. Ensure the store follows company SOP.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Assist with receiving stock and shelving products. Conduct stock counts and organize the storeroom. Inform management about out-of-stock or slow-moving items.
  • Sales Support: Provide basic customer service (answering product questions, assisting customers). Support cashiering or packing during busy periods. Assist with promotional setups and in-store marketing activities.
  • Administrative & Documentation Tasks: Prepare and organize daily reports and attendance records. Handle documents related to store operations. Assist in preparing sales or operational reports.
  • Team Support: Help train new staff (store procedures, rules). Assist with shift scheduling or replacements (depending on company).
  • Brand & Customer Experience Maintenance: Ensure the store maintains brand image and standards. Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

  • Is responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual.
  • Has an interest in gardening or social media.
  • Is eager to learn and enjoys interacting with customers.
  • Familiar with platforms like Facebook & Instagram (preferred).
