A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects from inception through to handover. With a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of experience in project management, candidates with experience in retail developments are highly preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in retail mall developments/refurbishments or tenant coordination is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or similar would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail projects through all phases including feasibility and construction.
• Manage consultants for timely and quality delivery of designs.
• Oversee statutory submissions and ensure necessary approvals are secured.
