A luxury retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Brand Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the local team. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in fashion retail or boutique operations, along with strong e-commerce and social media skills. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in store presentation, managing team performance, and driving sales across both physical and online platforms. Trilingual proficiency is preferred to liaise effectively with local and overseas teams.
We are an established designer label with a 10-year heritage in Malaysia, currently expanding our footprint into the United States. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Brand Operations Manager to lead our Malaysian team and manage the day-to-day business.
You will be the "bridge" between the Founder and the local operations. Your mission is to uphold the brand’s high standards, drive sales, and manage the complexity of production and marketing so the Founder can focus on global design and expansion.
