The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and compliance with company standards. They support the restaurant manager by supervising staff, handling customer concerns, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate service staff (servers, hosts, cashiers)
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to schedules
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Handle cash, billing, and basic reports as required
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
Enforce restaurant policies and procedures
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
