The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and compliance with company standards. They support the restaurant manager by supervising staff, handling customer concerns, and maintaining a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations

  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff (servers, hosts, cashiers)

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally

  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to schedules

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures

  • Handle cash, billing, and basic reports as required

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams

  • Enforce restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (supervisory experience preferred)
