Job summary

A leading travel services company is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage reservations for hotels and flights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years' experience in sales or telesales, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include handling booking requests and upselling travel products. This role offers a salary of ₹25,000-₹28,000 per month based on experience, with rotational night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/telesales.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Experience in the Sales domain is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international reservation requests for hotels, flights, and packages.

  • Mentor and guide junior reservation executives when required.
