Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational delivery for Onsite & Field Services.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and service level agreements.
  • Oversee incident/request management, asset tracking, and stock levels.
  • Drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare and deliver operational and management reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Support transition programs and risk mitigation activities.
  • Travel as needed within your region.
