Partner with department heads on workforce planning and lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles.
Build talent pipelines for critical positions and support succession planning initiatives.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, agencies, referrals, networking and AI tools.
Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights on market trends and salary benchmarks.
Manage offer negotiation, employment pass applications for expatriates and onboarding handover.
