Responsibilities

• Perform taking-off from architectural / structural drawings for quotation preparation.
• Assist tender submission, handle progress claims, and finalize project accounts.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and suppliers for projects.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports on schedule.
• Ensure all documents submitted are accurate and in accordance with contracts.
• Conduct site visits and checks.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

• Co-ordinate the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
• Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a schedule.
• To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the contract policy and procedures.
• Site visit and checking.
• Prepare monthly and weekly report.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
