A leading electronics company in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Executive to assist in quality system implementation and compliance management. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Key responsibilities include overseeing audits, managing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and problem-solving are essential. To assist QA Department Head in quality system implementation & maintain to ensure system compliance which includes ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
Assist QA Department Head in quality system implementation to ensure system compliance which includes ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
Know-how and lead on Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) & Medical (ISO 13485).
Oversee quality system to ensure well implementation and achieving compliance.
Oversee compliance of customer requirements and lease with customer on problem solving and root cause analysis with regards to customer request or requirements, follow up on effective corrective and preventive action for customer.
Carry out supplier audit regularly to ensure purchase material in accordance with specification or established quality plan.
To be actively involved in investigation and troubleshooting activities in relation to process and product non-conformity which is against system implementation.
To be on lead on sample development activities to ensure complete preparation of sample required documents such as ISIR, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.
Coordinate and execute the periodical External & Internal Audit for Quality & Environmental actively and provide recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.
Conduct SOP review assessment to ensure compliance towards related regulation, ISO standards and company policies.
Lead on preparation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure, WI and other documents in operation.
Execute ESHMP program to ensure it is successfully implemented. Assist QA Department Head in establishing, implementing and maintaining the efficient & effective Manufacturing in term of quality related.
Prepare departmental IQ, OQ, PQ process/ software validation report. Prepare necessary report which is required by the system.
Lead on completion of Inspection Instruction, Material Specification, etc. Explain company quality system & QA functions to customers during customer audit & visit, reply to opportunity of improvement & nonconformance item highlight during audit.
To ensure new implementation / activities for improvement & interest of the company are implemented accordingly, eg: 6S program, quality campaign & improvement activities.
Any other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, or equivalent.
Skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Communication well with all levels, problem solving, able to work in minimum supervision.
