What you’ll achieve

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You will:

• Assist Factory Regulatory Compliance: Ensure factory operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations/standards, and industry best practices.
• Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyse quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.
• Develop Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.
• Support New Product Introductions: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of 0‑1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Control Charts & Process Capability and Basic programming knowledge such as Python/Jave are an added advantage.
• Problem‑Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
