Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving inspections on materials received on site.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To carry-out day to day Site Inspections Activities on QAQC aspects at Project Sites.
• To carry-out QLASSIC Inspections from the early stage of the project.
• To raise CAR where non-conformances are identified.
• To closely monitor and follow-up on timely closure of CAR / SCAR issued or NCR received.
• To assist in preparation of PQP, Method of Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, etc.
• To assist in conducting briefing and guiding on QCAT at site.
• To carry-out receiving inspection on materials received on site, periodically or random basis.
• To represent for factory visits, mock-up’s and etc. where requirements arise.
• To ensure that relevant Forms and Formats are being used to record activities on site and the same is filed and retained as record.
• To ensure that relevant inspection and test requirements are met and is being carried-out prior to commencement of permanent activities.
• To participate on joint inspections with Project team, Consultants and Client where requirements arise.
• To assist QAQC Manager / Assistant Manager to prepare Audit Summary Report if required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural)
• At least 1 year working Experience in construction field
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 besides additional requirements of QLASSIC
• Able to communicate with Site Personnel
