Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in medical claims processing (inpatient and outpatient).
• Experience in Claims Quality Assurance preferred.

• Conduct QA checking to measure training effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Manage offshore team to ensure operational efficiencies.
