Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Shah Alam is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to manage product and system testing processes. Responsibilities include developing testing procedures, conducting End-to-End Testing, and ensuring all test preparations are made before UAT. Applicants should have significant experience in QA, including automated testing, and hold a relevant degree. This role demands strong teamwork and task management capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in QA.
• 3 years of experience in automated testing.
• Good understanding of product behavior and system.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard testing procedures based on product requirements.
• Ensure timely End-to-End Testing delivery completion.
• Prepare test data and ensure readiness prior to UAT execution.

Job Description

• Develop standard testing procedures (based on product/journey/platform).
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on product requirements, and hygiene checks.
• Perform End-to-End Testing delivery completion on-time as per agreed timeline with Planner and BA.
• Ensure preparation of test data, test line etc are in placed prior to UAT execution.
• Cross System Knowledge and Competencies upskills and have good understanding product behavior and system.

Job Requirements

• Experience in product development, product management, or other related knowledge.
• Degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA, and 3 years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong team player and able to manage day-to-day task execution.
• Coding & Scripting will be an added advantage.
