Job summary

A dynamic property management company in Subang Jaya is seeking an administrative professional to handle customer enquiries and manage supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Other benefits include health screening and development opportunities, along with a shuttle service from Kuchai Lama MRT station. Mandarin speakers are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Handle customers’ enquiries & negotiate with suppliers.
  • Prepare quotation to customers.
  • Process orders & ensure goods arrive on time
  • Follow up – credit note/ debit note/ delivery order with customer’s company stamp.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
  • At least with SPM, Certificate or Diploma equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and good computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and information.
  • Result oriented, able to work independently
  • Preferably candidate who can start work within short notice.
  • Preferably candidate who can speak Mandarin is advantage.
