About the Role

As a Public Area Supervisor (公眾地方督導), you will be assisting with the overall presentation of public areas, ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinateand superviseall subordinates in the Public Areas to ensure proper completion of all tasks.
  • Maintainpublic areas and heart of the house areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelinesestablished by the Hotel.
  • Controlall equipment and suppliesissued and returns.
  • Maintainpar stock on all supplies and parts.
  • Take monthly inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment.
  • 協調並監督所有公衆地方清潔員, 以確保正確完成所有工作
  • 根據酒店政策、標準及指示,維持公衆地方及酒店範圍整潔
  • 控制機器及補給品的發出及歸還
  • 確保補給品的存貨量足夠
  • 記錄清潔劑、補給品及機器的每月貨存
About You
  • Certification of related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacity.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • 良好中文、英文、普通話溝通技巧
