As a Project Manager in Property Development, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd's premium property projects in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of each development.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of property development projects, from planning and design to construction and handover
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to address any issues or challenges that arise during the development process
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet all relevant building codes and industry standards
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BRDB's property development processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property development or project management, preferably within the real estate and construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex property development projects
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, building regulations, and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
