Job description

We are seeking a talented Project Executive to join our dynamic team at our F&B Brands. As a key member of our project division, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our high-profile projects in Klang Valley. This full-time position will allow you to leverage your expertise in project management to drive the successful completion of our construction initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

Organise project documentation from start to finish for future reference and clarity.

Ensure that store maintenance costs are up-to-date and follow‑up is consistent.

Track and report expenses regularly.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and principals to ensure successful project completion.

Evaluate the implications of various technical choices and guide internal decisions to select the best solution for each project.

Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams during project setup to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and the selection of the best contractor for the job.

Act as the company’s representative in liaising with landlords or management, and oversee fit‑out coordination to ensure smooth outlet development.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor and verify that all work meets the approved design and company standards.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and prompt resolution of any issues.

Organise and attend project meetings to stay updated on progress and resolve any roadblocks with stakeholders.

Conduct a pre‑opening review to ensure outlets are fully prepared for launch and align with business standards.

Ensure that main contractors meet renovation specifications, quality standards, budget, and timeline requirements.

Review renovation specifications provided by the Interior Designer to develop comprehensive project plans.

Communicate renovation requirements clearly to all stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to assess renovation progress, ensuring that work aligns with specified quality standards.

Review Bill of Quantity and manage contractor tendering for new outlet renovations.

Inspect sites to resolve any discrepancies in drawings.

Conduct post‑project reviews and present findings on completed projects.

Assist in arranging work and meetings for upcoming projects as needed.

Perform any other tasks assigned by a superior.

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
