Requirements:

Recognized Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.

Fluent and good in writing English and converse well in Bahasa and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Good inter-personal communication skills in dealing with individuals, contractors and stakeholders at all levels
• Good knowledge of technical design and engineering, construction methodology and construction planning

3 years of site management experience in civil and structural trade.

Must have working experience in construction projects and good skills in project management.

At times need to work after office hours and on weekends.

Job Scope:

Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.

Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for projects.

Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.

Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.

Evaluating and managing risk and periodically reporting the progress of projects to stakeholders and Project Manager.

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met.

Assists Project Manager in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule and quality.

Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity Surveyors.

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
