Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Oriental Kedah Realty in Kulim Kedah. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. This full-time position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, developer, and internal teams to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings to update on progress and next steps
  • Provide administrative support, including document control and record-keeping
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, and recommend appropriate actions
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth project flow
  • Organize and attend site visits, project meetings, and inspections
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably in the construction and real estate industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and developer
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Working Hour

9.00am - 6.00pm
