Responsible for coordinating, and driving cross‑functional program activities from initiation to completion. The role ensures that customer requirements, internal timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met. This position acts as the central communication point between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop complete program plans including deliverables, schedules, milestones, resource planning. Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production to ensure smooth execution.
- Customer Management & Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers on all program matters. Provide regular program updates, ensure all customer requests pass effectively to internal teams.
- Program Execution & Tracking, New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: Monitor the progress of all program activities against timeline, quality, and cost targets. Track sample builds, NPI stages, pilot runs, engineering builds, and mass production readiness.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks early (material delays, tooling issues, design gaps, DFM challenges). Develop risk mitigation plans and coordinate resolution with responsible departments.
- Cost, Change, and Scope Management: Support commercial team in quotation by gathering costing data, BOM and process information. Track cost implications due to design changes, additional requirements, or project delays.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in program management, project coordination, NPI, or customer management roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills is vital for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,, strong analytical thinking along with a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes.
