Job summary

A subsidiary company is looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join their dynamic team in Klang City, Malaysia. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Drafting Knowledge with good skills in AutoCAD, and have hands-on experience with CAD software. This role requires an individual who is a team player and can lead tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Possess of Diploma/Certificate of Drafting Knowledge and Good Skill in AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Good in technical drawing and detailing.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities to meet customer product specs.
• Produce high quality products and meet delivery requirements.
• Report quality problems to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow organization rules and regulations.
• Perform tasks specified in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Install equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of all equipment and regulations.
• Pre-assemble job components in the factory.
• Maintain 5S and Safety at the job site.
• Ensure adherence to ISO regulations and safety rules.
• Assist subordinates when required.
