About the role

CONVEMED SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Manager to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines.
• Implementing and monitoring production schedules, workflows, and quality control measures.
• Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and other operational challenges.
• Providing training and guidance to production staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to ensure a smooth production process.
• Analysing production data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
