We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company specializing in steel and metal fabrication solutions, expanding its Malaysia operations. The company is looking for a Production Manager to support operational excellence and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production operations, including planning, workforce allocation, workflow coordination, and ensuring output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Oversee production inventory, controlling WIP exposure and preventing aging stock.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and equipment utilisation.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operating at optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas counterparts to execute tasks, meet project timelines, and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
• Promote workplace safety, 5S practices, and a culture of continuous improvement to maintain an efficient and disciplined production environment.
