Job description

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily production activities.
• Ensure production meets shipping deadlines based on forecasts or customer orders.
• Monitor and update production progress to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to distribute production schedules or work orders.
• Analyze materials, scope, and specifications to plan manageable work elements.
• Track and report production performance using control systems.
• Coordinate and expedite purchase orders and the delivery of materials.
• Prepare replacement orders for lost or damaged materials.
• Revise production schedules in response to design changes, material shortages, or other delays.
• Communicate production status clearly to all relevant departments.
• Support management in efficiently resolving production-related issues.

Requirements

• STPM / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• This role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
