Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials on a monthly basis.

• Test and implement new suppliers and materials.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchased items.
• Reduce procurement lead times through local sourcing.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments.
• Conduct annual supplier management, evaluation, and audits.
• Test and implement new suppliers, alternative materials, or new materials.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with SAP systems.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, QC 080000, etc.
• High integrity, strong execution skills, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of work experience, proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
