Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd (Group & Subsidiaries) is a growing organization looking for passionate individuals to join our centralized procurement team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to purchasing operations across multiple business units, providing a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative workplace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain and update the Registered Supplier List, ensuring compliance and pre‑qualification.
  • Review and analyze supplier quotations to ensure alignment with technical and pricing requirements.
  • Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and coordinate follow‑ups.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues such as pricing disputes, delivery delays, and invoice concerns.
  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Work with Accounts & Finance for invoice processing and payments.
  • Ensure all procurement activities follow company SOPs and policies.
  • Support procurement planning, budgeting, and costing analysis.
  • Assist in material and equipment control.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role (Fresh grads are encourage to apply).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, AutoCount) is a plus.
