Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of Client Advisors to provide excellent service to high net worth clients;
• Ensuring that all members of the team can effectively manage their portfolios according to established standards a& KRAs
• Overseeing the performance of the group in terms of profitability, quality and effectiveness;
• Keeping strong ties with internal stakeholders, including credit risk control, operational teams, marketing, and customer contact centers;
• Supporting the execution of the organization's Wealth Management plan;
• Acting as the face of UOB at industry gatherings and conferences related to wealth management;
• Adhering to all applicable rules, legislation, and directives given out by government agencies overseeing the financial sector.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the corporate banking sector;
• Have IPPC and FIMM certification
• Experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and families would be considered an asset;
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate staff and drive performance;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in English language;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Sound understanding of the banking environment, products and services offered;
• Ability to build long term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
