Qualifications

  • Chemotherapeutic medication preparation and basic aseptic technique is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Pharmacist in the control, distribution, dispensing & supply of drugs, administrative duties to ensure the provision of comprehensive high-quality pharmaceutical services & smooth pharmacy operation.
  • Ensure the requisition and delivery of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies to nursing and clinical departments are carried out timely and efficiently for provision of smooth clinical services.
  • Perform administrative duties on drug and pharmaceutical items such as recordkeeping of dispensing records and prescriptions to result in daily smooth departmental operations and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare the medication packages and extemporaneous compounding under the supervision of Pharmacist to ensure correct and timely dispensing of drugs or pharmaceutical supplies to internal and external clients of PCMC.
  • Support the organization objectives by attending training sessions related to service quality initiatives to ensure compliance to best practices.
  • Support and facilitate the development and planning of new facilities and services for the Department.
