A leading financial institution is seeking a sales professional in Malaysia to focus on acquiring new mortgage loans and achieving sales targets. The role includes cross-selling MRTA, maintaining relationships with developers and real estate agents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Targets include a minimum sales productivity of 2.5 million monthly and an MRTA penetration rate of 80%. Ideal candidates will have expertise in mortgage sales and strong relationship management skills.
