Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring all payments are processed within established timelines. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Statutory Contributions And Compliance: Calculate and remit all statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax/PCB) in a timely manner. Prepare and submit statutory returns (Form E, EA, CP39) within deadlines. Stay updated on changes in payroll-related regulations and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including salary information, deductions, and leave balances. Handle administration of employee benefits (medical claims, insurance, allowances). Manage the payroll system, including data entry, updates, and backups.
- Payroll Queries And Support: Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner. Provide support to HR and Finance departments in payroll-related matters and audits. Assist in the preparation of payroll-related budgets and forecasts.
- Payroll System Management: Experience using Infotech payroll system is an advantage. Ensure the payroll system is accurately maintained, updated, and secure. Work with IT and external vendors to resolve payroll system issues or upgrades. Generate and report as required.
