Job Description (Intellectual Property & Technology)
  • Preparing legal documents, applications, letters to the Malaysian Intellectual Property Department;
  • Compose and revise documents for attorneys, including letters, depositions and filing forms;
  • Conduct market surveys and raids;
  • Filing of Trade Mark and Patent application in Malaysia for local clients and overseas associates;
  • Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines;
  • Liaising with officers at the Malaysian Registry;
  • File and archive all documents in compliance with the files and subject matters; and
  • Assume ad-hoc assignment as required.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Candidates must possess minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB);
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Able to speak and write English fluently;
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent; and
