A prominent family assistance service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage family travel plans, calendars, and personal appointments. Responsibilities include booking flights, maintaining family identity documents, and collaborating with external contractors for home upgrades. Ideal candidates should have exceptional organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
Arrange family travel plans e.g. booking of flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, restaurant reservations, itineraries, etc.
Manage extensive and highly active family calendars across different time zones.
Upkeep and ensure timely renewals of all family identity documents e.g. passports, re-entry permits, APEC cards, etc.
Work on a variety of specific projects including business development and corporate communication initiatives and events.
Source for online and/or offline purchases and handle logistics e.g. payment, shipping, insurance.
Arrange appointments and restaurant reservations for personal and professional needs.
Assist with family and household events e.g. RSVP, catering, etc.
Source, liaise, and schedule external contractors for various home upgrading projects and repair works.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders for various tasks as assigned.
Run errands and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
