• Operate machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Job description

Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Perform daily machine setup, calibration, and basic adjustments as required.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Ensure production output meets quality specifications and required quantities.

Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.

Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines.

Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in the production area, ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement, and safe working conditions at all times.

Follow safety regulations, PPE requirements, and maintain a clean working area.

Report equipment malfunction or abnormalities to the supervisor/technician immediately.

Assist in material loading, unloading, and handling.

Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
