Job description

To lead and manage work performance of a team of rotating Rovers in retail stores

Manpower arrangement of the field staff

To lead and manage work performance of a team of Operational staff in the office

Develop, train and motivate teams to provide customer Service Par Excellence

Develop, create, generate and manage analytical report

Ensure effective implementation and management of company’s internal & external SOPs

Effective problem solving and management of trade and operational issues

Monitor performance and productivity of teams, according to set KPIs

Establish strong working relationships with the Retail Trade and clients

Client servicing; responsible for building a high performing culture that delivers execution excellence services to our customers.

Requirements
  • Seasoned FMCG professional with experience in marketing or logistics operations management or from a retail or F&B industry background
  • Preferred candidates with experience in managing merchandisers or promoters or logistics team
  • Hands‑on manager with attention to details and a knack for bringing the best out in a team
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving skills and leadership quality
  • Able to work independently, must possess excellence people skill
  • Ability to deliver complex analysis and reports
  • IT competent and analytical
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. lookup tables, pivot tables, if statements, etc.)
  • Good power point skills
  • Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure quick paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
