To lead and manage work performance of a team of rotating Rovers in retail stores
Manpower arrangement of the field staff
To lead and manage work performance of a team of Operational staff in the office
Develop, train and motivate teams to provide customer Service Par Excellence
Develop, create, generate and manage analytical report
Ensure effective implementation and management of company’s internal & external SOPs
Effective problem solving and management of trade and operational issues
Monitor performance and productivity of teams, according to set KPIs
Establish strong working relationships with the Retail Trade and clients
Client servicing; responsible for building a high performing culture that delivers execution excellence services to our customers.
