Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, and CNC machining.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes preferred.
• Hands-on experience with production management and quality control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Production, QA, and Engineering.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor cycle time, production output, and machine utilization.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor.
• Ensure all products meet specifications and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement activities like Kaizen and Lean practices.
• Support customer audits and technical evaluations.
