Job Summary:

The Operations Director, F&B Group reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the F&B group's brands and outlets. This senior leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve profitability, and ensure a consistently high standard of service and quality across all locations. The Operations Director will lead teams in areas such as outlet management, supply chain, quality control, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic & Financial Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's business goals.
    • Manage operational budgets and analyze financial data to improve profitability and reduce costs.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational expansion and improvement.
    • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to all outlet managers and operational staff.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the operations team.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  2. Operational Excellence & Standards
    • Establish and enforce consistent operational standards and procedures across all outlets.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement quality control programs to maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, and service.
  3. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
    • Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Oversee inventory management systems to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
    • Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  4. Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive measures to address issues.
    • Ensure that all outlets consistently deliver on the brand's promise of quality and service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Profitability: Outlet-level EBITDA and revenue growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: COGS percentage, labor costs percentage.
  • Quality & Service: Customer satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS), inspection scores.
  • Staff Retention: Employee turnover rates for operational teams.
Required Qualifications
