A maritime services company based in Port Klang is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role involves preparing and processing various documents, ensuring proper record-keeping, and assisting in compliance-related tasks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience and a diploma in a related field. Proficiency in Malay and English is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. This position is ideal for candidates who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Prepare and process documents such as Service Orders, Delivery Orders, and invoices.
Ensure documents are properly recorded, filed, and well organised.
Assist in preparing operation-related certificates and documents.
Handle administrative tasks related to passes, renewals, and online submissions.
Follow up with customers on required documents and coordinate document delivery.
Assist in tracking schedules and records for operation activities.
Provide administrative support for compliance, reports, and internal documentation.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations.
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
Minimum a Diploma in any related discipline.
Proficient in Malay and English.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
