Job description

Foregain Systems Sdn Bhd has been in the semiconductor packaging market for more than 19 years with ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Our newly located premises near Taman Mas Puchong is urgently seeking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals with experience to join us.

Responsibilities

To participate in transition and migration projects, support team strategic plan.

Act as the first point of contact to customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries, enquiries and issues.

Ensure the daily operation’s activities assigned are managed and delivered timely to all customers.

Match and ensure your team meet purchase orders to invoices into accounting system.

Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

Maintaining client relations and ensuring comply with customer/company standards and regulations.

Ability to prepare and present documents, presentations and reports.

Ensure accuracy, timely execution and in compliance with customer’s specification, planning and forecast for the operation activities assigned.

Provide timely and consistent communication to customer, vendor and internal team on forecast delivery.

Provide solution to customer promptly for any unexpected conditions, to resolve delivery, quality and enquiries issues, making sure that all Finished Goods provided are meeting customer’s requirements with good quality products within the time frame.

Collaborate/Coordinate with the other HOD to ensure that the integrated process carried out smoothly to provide constant controlled costing and goods quality goods deliveries.

Report to Management promptly on the status of the operations and ensure prompt attention and actions are taken to elevate output with low cost.

Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.

Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.

Able to work with minimal supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

To liaise closely and consolidate all reports from all HOD to report to management weekly or Bi-weekly.

Highly self-motivated, diligent & meticulous at work.
